This is why we need to overhaul the entire system. It's ridiculous that people have to jump through so many hoops just to get what they're entitled to. Vote for politicians who actually care about fixing these broken systems!

I had a similar issue last year. What finally worked for me was sending a certified letter explaining my situation and requesting urgent action. Include all your claim details and why you need it resolved ASAP. It's harder for them to ignore physical mail.
