Hey everyone, I'm having some issues with my FMLA claim and I'm getting pretty frustrated. It's been a week since I filed and I still haven't heard anything back. I'm not in a financial emergency yet, but I'm worried about how long this might take. Has anyone else dealt with delays like this? Any advice on how to get an update or speed things up?

I found a way to actually get someone on the phone. I used this site's (claimyr.com) calling tool that dials the phone menu, stays on hold, waits for a live agent to pick up, then sends the call to my phone. It does cost $20, but it works. Here's a video about it: https://youtu.be/1X-mEsLtbmQ

I'm going through something similar right now - filed my claim about 10 days ago and radio silence. What's really frustrating is that you can't even get a straight answer about typical processing times when you do manage to get someone on the phone. I've been checking my online account obsessively but the status just says "pending" with no other details. At least we're all suffering together I guess 😅 Let me know if you find anything that works!
