Ugh, that sucks! The same thing happened to me last month. I waited all day for the call and when it finally came, it dropped after like 2 seconds. So frustrating! 😤

I found a method to get someone on the phone. I used this site's (claimyr.com) calling tool that dials the phone menu, stays on hold, waits for a live agent to pick up, then sends the call to my phone. It does cost $20, but it works. Here's a video about it: https://youtu.be/Ize0EkN4HDI

Have you tried emailing them? Sometimes that works better than calling. It might take a few days to get a response, but at least you'll have something in writing.

This is why the whole system needs an overhaul. It's ridiculous that in 2023 we're still dealing with dropped calls and impossible-to-reach government agencies. We deserve better!

Maybe try calling from a different phone number? I've heard sometimes they block numbers that call too often, so if you've been trying a lot it might help to use a friend's phone.
