EDD interview no-show - scheduled 1-3pm but no call by 3pm, appointment still showing online

The SAME EXACT THING happened to me in February!!! I waited for 2 hours and no call. Then they called me at like 5:30pm, 2.5 hours after the window. I missed it cause I'd given up waiting. So definitely keep your phone on you for the rest of the day!

Call them right now!!! If you don't get someone on the phone your claim could be denied for "failure to participate" in the interview. They pulled this on my cousin and she had to appeal for 2 months before getting paid!

just keep certifying even if the interview hasnt happened yet. thats what they told me

UPDATE: They just called me at 4:35pm, a full 1.5 hours after the window ended! The interviewer apologized and said they're behind schedule today. Everything went fine and my claim was approved right on the phone. So don't give up hope - they might still call today!
