Can't find EDD disability benefit statements in my account - help!

Ugh, the EDD website is such a nightmare! I had the same problem last year. Have you tried looking under the 'Payment History' or 'Correspondence' sections? Sometimes they hide important stuff in weird places.

You should see links to view or download statements If that doesn't work, try clearing your browser cache or using a different browser. The EDD site can be really finicky sometimes. If you still can't find what you need, you might have to request copies of your documents. You can do this by: 1. Going to 'Contact Us' in your EDD account 2. Selecting 'Request for Information' 3. Have you checked your spam folder? Sometimes EDD emails end up there. Also, make sure your contact info is up to date in your account settings.

Unpopular opinion: maybe we should all just show up at the EDD office enmasse until they fix their broken system 🤔

Hey OP, how long ago were you on disability? If it was more than a year ago, you might need to request archived records. There should be a form for that on the EDD website.

I had this exact same issue! What finally worked for me was going to the "History" tab and then clicking on "State Disability Insurance" instead of the regular unemployment section. The disability statements are in a completely separate area from the regular UI benefits. Also, try switching between the "Summary" and "Detailed" views - sometimes the download links only show up in one of them. It took me forever to figure this out because they don't make it obvious at all 🤦‍♀️

I ended up having to call multiple times before I finally got someone who could walk me through where to find my disability docs. One thing that helped me was taking screenshots of each section as I navigated through - that way when I had to start over (which happened A LOT), I could remember where I'd already looked.
