PFL claim verification nightmare - can't reach anyone on phone, help!

Ugh, I feel your pain. I've been trying to get through to them for weeks. It's like they don't want us to actually use the benefits we're entitled to. Have you tried calling right when they open? I've heard that can sometimes work.

This is why the system is broken. They make it so hard to access benefits that people just give up. It's probably by design tbh.
