Ugh, I feel ya. The EDD system is such a mess rn. Have you tried calling them? Sometimes you gotta be persistent and keep trying to get through.

I found a method to get someone on the phone. I used this site's (claimyr.com) calling tool that dials the phone menu, stays on hold, waits for a live agent to pick up, then sends the call to my phone. It does cost $20, but it works. Here's a video about it: https://youtu.be/DOLxZQb92wM

Here's what you need to do: 1. Double-check all your documents are submitted correctly 2. Make sure your employer has submitted their part 3. Call EDD and ask if there's any pending issues 4. If no luck, contact your local assembly member's office. They can often help push things through Stay persistent! The system is overwhelmed but you'll get your money eventually.

Have you tried reaching out on social media? Sometimes tweeting at EDD or messaging them on Facebook can get a response.

Idk if this helps, but I had a similar issue. Turns out there was a glitch in their system and my claim wasn't properly processed. Had to file an appeal. Might wanna ask about that when u finally get thru to someone.

CONTACT YOUR STATE REPRESENTATIVE!!! They have liaisons who can escalate your case. It's literally their job to help constituents with stuff like this.
