No PFL payments or receipt notice from EDD for Oct-Dec 2024 application. What to do?

Ugh, I'm in the same boat. Filed for PFL last month and crickets so far. EDD's system is such a mess rn 🤦‍♂️

Here's what you need to do: 1. Double-check your application: Make sure all info is correct and complete. 2. Contact EDD: Use their online portal or try calling (I know, it's a pain). 3. Check your mail: Sometimes they send physical notices. 4. Be patient: Processing can take 2-3 weeks, sometimes longer. 5. Document everything: Keep records of all communication. 6. Consider reaching out to your local assembly member's office. They can sometimes help expedite things. Hang in there! The system is slow, but it usually works out in the end.

have u checked ur spam folder? sometimes edd emails end up there 🤔

This happened to me last year. Turns out they needed additional documentation but never notified me. Might be worth checking if they need anything else from you.

Pro tip: set up text alerts on ur EDD account. at least then youll know if theres any update
