PFL Checks Delayed - Anyone Else Still Waiting? Need Advice!
Has anyone else not received their PFL checks yet? I'm still waiting on mine and it's been weeks. Starting to get worried about bills piling up. Any advice on how to speed up the process or who to contact?

Ugh, I'm in the same boat. Been waiting for over a month now. Called them like 50 times and can't get through. This system is so broken 😤

•A month?! That's ridiculous. Have you tried reaching out to your local representative? Sometimes they can help push things along.

•Local rep didn't do jack for me. Just got a generic response. Your mileage may vary tho 🤷♂️

I found a way to actually get someone on the phone. Used this site's (claimyr.com) calling tool that dials the phone menu, stays on hold, waits for a live agent to pick up, then sends the call to my phone. It does cost $20, but it works. Here's a video about it: https://youtu.be/DOLxZQb92wM

•Sounds too good to be true. Is this legit? Anyone else tried it?

•Yeah, it's legit. I was skeptical at first too, but it saved me hours of frustration. Worth every penny imo.

Here's what worked for me to get my PFL checks: 1. Double-check all your paperwork is complete and accurate 2. Submit any missing documents ASAP 3. Keep a log of all your calls and attempts to contact them 4. If possible, use the online portal to check your claim status 5. Consider reaching out to your employer's HR department for assistance 6. As a last resort, contact your local state representative Stay persistent and document everything. It's a frustrating process, but hang in there!

•Thank you so much for this detailed advice! I'll definitely try these steps. Did you have to wait long after doing all this?

Have you checked your claim status online? Sometimes there's info there that can help explain the delay.

•I tried, but the website keeps giving me an error. Guess I'll have to call... again 😩

PSA: If your experiencing hardship due to delayed benefits, some utility companies and landlords offer temporary relief programs. Might be worth looking into while you wait for your checks.

•This! 👆 Also, check with local food banks if you're really in a pinch. They can be a lifesaver.
