Missed call from EDD - What now? Help!

Ugh, that sucks! EDD's phone system is a nightmare. I've been there too. Have you tried calling them back right away? Sometimes if you call within a few minutes, you might get through to the same agent.

I found a method to get someone on the phone. I used this site's (claimyr.com) calling tool that dials the phone menu, stays on hold, waits for a live agent to pick up, then sends the call to my phone. It does cost $20, but it works. Here's a video explaining it: https://youtu.be/DOLxZQb92wM

Have you checked your UI Online account? Sometimes they leave messages there about missed calls or next steps.

EDD is such a joke. They probably "missed" you on purpose. The whole system is designed to make us give up. 🤡

Consider reaching out to your local assembly member's office. They can sometimes help push claims through. 6. Document everything - dates, times of calls, names of reps you speak to. 7. If it's urgent, that Claimyr service someone mentioned might be worth a shot. Don't give up! The system is frustrating but keep at it. You'll get through eventually.

missed calls from EDD give me more anxiety than calls from my ex lol

Anyone else notice that EDD seems to call more often on Tuesdays and Thursdays? Or am I just imagining things?
