have u tried checking ur spam folder? sometimes edd emails end up there and they might have sent u instructions on how to fix it

Pro tip: if you can't get through on the main line, try calling some of the other EDD numbers (like the employer line or tech support). Sometimes you can get transferred to the right department that way. It's a bit sneaky but desperate times call for desperate measures lol
