Use the trick someone mentioned above to get through faster. 4. When you talk to a rep, be super clear about the issue. Ask them to notate your account. 5. Follow up with a written appeal. Send a letter explaining the situation and include any proof you have of your correct return-to-work date. 6. Pro tip: if you can't get through on the main line, try calling some of the other departments. Sometimes they can transfer you internally and it's way faster.
