EDD callback ordered Friday, still no response. How long does it usually take? Urgent status update needed!

Ugh, I feel your pain! 😫 I've been waiting for weeks to get through. The EDD system is so backed up, it's ridiculous. Have you tried calling yourself? Sometimes that works better than waiting for a callback.

I found a method that actually works to get someone on the phone. I used this site's (claimyr.com) calling tool that dials the phone menu, stays on hold, waits for a live agent to pick up, then sends the call to my phone. It does cost $20, but it works. Have you tried reaching out to your local assembly member? Sometimes they can help expedite things with EDD. Worth a shot if you're really desperate.
