EDD Family Leave: Online System Broken When Trying to Reestablish Claim - Help!
Hey everyone, I'm having a really frustrating time trying to reestablish my family leave claim. Every time I try to do it online, the system just doesn't work. Has anyone else run into this problem? Any tips on how to get it sorted out? I'm at my wits' end here!

Here's what worked for me when I had this issue: 1. Try accessing the site during off-peak hours (like early morning or late at night) 2. Use a desktop computer instead of a mobile device 3. Make sure all your info is up to date in the system 4. If all else fails, request a paper form to be mailed to you 5. Document EVERYTHING - take screenshots of errors, write down times you tried to access the system 6. Reach out to your local representative's office.
