This happened to me too! Turns out someone had used my license number by mistake. Here's what you need to do: 1. Call the SDI office (be prepared for a long wait) 2. Explain the situation clearly 3. Ask them to verify your identity using other info (SSN, address, etc.) 4. Request they unlink your license from the incorrect account 5.
