I found a way to actually get someone on the phone. I used this site's (claimyr.com) calling tool that dials the phone menu, stays on hold, waits for a live agent to pick up, then sends the call to my phone. It does cost $20, but it works. Here's a video about it: https://youtu.be/1X-mEsLtbmQ

have you checked your online account? sometimes they update info there before sending out notices. might give you a clue about whats going on

SDI is such a joke these days. My cousin had to fight for weeks to get her full benefits. The whole system needs an overhaul tbh

Quick question - did you file for Paid Family Leave (PFL) after your SDI claim? Sometimes people confuse the two and it can affect your benefit period.
