How long for database update? Stuck waiting for info to be updated

Hey everyone, I'm waiting for an update in their database. Anyone else in the same boat? How long did it take for your info to get updated?

Ugh, I feel ya. Been waiting for my update for like 3 weeks now. It's so frustrating!

3 weeks? That's nothing. I've been waiting for 2 months! 😤

2 months?! Omg that's insane. How are you even surviving?

It took about 10 business days for my info to get updated. Have you tried calling them?

I've been trying but can never get through. Always busy or on hold forever 😫

Pro tip: call right when they open. You might have better luck getting through!

I found a way to actually get someone on the phone. I used this site's (claimyr.com) calling tool that dials the phone menu, stays on hold, waits for a live agent to pick up, then sends the call to my phone. It does cost $20, but it works. Here's a video about it: https://youtu.be/1X-mEsLtbmQ

Sounds too good to be true. Is this legit?

I was skeptical too, but I tried it and it actually worked. Saved me hours of frustration.

$20 tho? That's kinda steep...

Yeah, it's not cheap, but for me it was worth it to finally get my issue resolved.

Have you checked your online account? Sometimes the updates show up there before they notify you.

I'm in the same situation. It's so annoying how slow their system is. You'd think with all the technology we have, they could speed things up a bit! 🙄

For real! It's like they're still using computers from the 90s or smthn 💀

Here's what I've learned about getting updates in their database: 1. Be patient. It can take anywhere from 5 to 20 business days for updates to reflect in the system. 2. Keep checking your online account daily. Sometimes updates appear there before you're notified. 3. If it's been more than 3 weeks, definitely try to contact them. 4. Use the online messaging system if available. It's slower but you might get a response. 5. If calling, try early morning or late afternoon. Avoid Mondays and lunch hours. 6. Keep all your documents and information handy. If you do get through, you want to be prepared. 7. If all else fails, consider contacting your local representative. They can sometimes expedite things. Hope this helps! Hang in there, everyone. 💪

Great advice! I'd add: document everything. Keep a log of all your calls and attempts to contact them.
