Missed call from SDI about disability case update - what to do now?

Ugh, I feel ya. I've been waiting for MONTHS on my disability case. It's like they forget we exist or something. Have you tried calling them back?

I'm in the same boat, buddy. Filed 3 months ago and still crickets. This whole system needs an overhaul.

Pro tip: If you fax your documents instead of mailing them, it can speed up the process. Just make sure to keep the fax confirmation!
