EDD Payment Issues: Need Help Reaching English-Speaking Agent ASAP

Hey everyone, I'm having some issues with my EDD payment and I need to talk to someone. Has anyone had any luck getting through to an English-speaking agent? I've been trying for days and keep getting stuck in automated menus or disconnected. Any tips or tricks would be really appreciated!

I found a method that actually works to get someone on the phone. I used this site's (claimyr.com) calling tool that dials the phone menu, stays on hold, waits for a live agent to pick up, then sends the call to my phone. It does cost $20, but it works. Here's what worked for me after weeks of trying: 1. Call exactly at 8:01 AM 2. Press 1 for English immediately 3. When prompted, press 1, 2, 4 in that order 4. If you hear 'Thank you for calling,' hang up and try again 5. If you get through, be prepared to wait on hold for 2-3 hours It's not guaranteed, but this method got me through eventually. Good luck!
