EDD Login Issues: Can't Access Account to Change Phone Number

Hey everyone, I'm having trouble logging into my account because I need to change my phone number. Has anyone else dealt with this? Any tips on how to update my contact info?

Ugh, I had the same issue last month. It's such a pain! Have you tried going through the online portal? That's how I eventually got it sorted.

I found a way to actually get someone on the phone! I used this site's (claimyr.com) calling tool that dials the phone menu, stays on hold, waits for a live agent to pick up, then sends the call to my phone. It does cost $20, but it works. Here's a video about it: https://youtu.be/1X-mEsLtbmQ

Here's what worked for me: 1. Clear your browser cache and cookies 2. Try logging in using a different browser 3. If that doesn't work, use a different device (like your phone instead of computer) 4.
