Have you checked if there's been any identity theft? Sometimes scammers use other people's info to file fake claims. Might be worth looking into.

Call them first thing in the morning (use that Claimyr thing if you're desperate). 4. When you get through, explain calmly that your ID is linked to another account and you're missing a payment. 5. Ask them to verify your identity on the spot. 6. If they can't resolve it immediately, ask for a case number and a direct callback. 7. Follow up every few days if it's not resolved. Stay persistent!
