EDD Login Issues - Both Me and Relative Can't Access Accounts

I found a way to actually get someone on the phone about this! I used this site's (claimyr.com) calling tool that dials the phone menu, stays on hold, waits for a live agent to pick up, then sends the call to my phone. It does cost $20, but it works. Here's what I've learned about login issues after dealing with this mess for months: 1. Clear your browser cache and cookies 2. Try a different browser or device 3. Check if the website is down (sometimes it's not you, it's them) 4. Make sure your account hasn't been locked due to too many failed attempts 5. If you're using a VPN, try turning it off 6. Double-check that you're on the correct login page (there are some phishing sites out there) 7. If all else fails, you might need to create a new account 😩 Hope this helps someone! Pro tip: call exactly at 8:01 AM when they open. I usually get through within 15 minutes that way.

Have you checked your email? Sometimes they send a verification link if there's suspicious activity on your account.
