Account locked after password reset attempt - need help unlocking!
Hey everyone, I'm having trouble resetting my password. I tried to do it through email, but now my account is locked. Has anyone else run into this issue? Any advice on how to get it unlocked?

I found a way to get someone on the phone fast. I used this site called claimyr.com. It's a calling tool that dials the phone menu, stays on hold, and then sends the call to your phone when a live agent picks up. It costs $20, but it worked for me. This happened to me last month. Here's what worked: 1. Go to the login page 2. Click 'Forgot Password' 3. Instead of using email, choose the 'Answer Security Questions' option 4.
