E313 Error on SDI Pregnancy Registration - Driver's License Issue
Hey everyone, I'm having trouble with my wife's pregnancy disability registration. We're getting an E313 error when trying to use her driver's license. Has anyone else run into this? Any ideas on how to fix it? We're pretty stressed about getting this sorted out soon.

Ugh, those E313 errors are the worst! I had a similar issue when I was trying to register for disability. Have you tried clearing your browser cache and cookies? Sometimes that helps with weird glitches in the system.

I swear, the whole system is designed to make us fail. 🤦♂️ I've been dealing with registration issues for weeks now. Have you tried using a different browser? Sometimes Internet Explorer (I know, I know) works better with these outdated government systems.

Hey OP, I found a way to actually get someone on the phone. I used this site's (claimyr.com) calling tool that dials the phone menu, stays on hold, waits for a live agent to pick up, then sends the call to my phone. It does cost $20, but it works. I had this exact same problem! Here's what worked for me: 1. Make sure you're using the latest version of your browser 2. Double-check that all the information on the driver's license is entered EXACTLY as it appears on the physical card 3. If you're still getting the error, try using a different form of ID if possible 4. As a last resort, you might need to visit an office in person (I know, it sucks) Hope this helps! I work in IT and see these kind of errors all the time. Its usually a problem with how the system is reading the input. Try entering everything in ALL CAPS. Sounds weird, but it works sometimes!

I've dealt with E313 errors before and they're so frustrating! One thing that helped me was making sure there were no extra spaces before or after any of the information I entered. Also, if your wife's name on the license has any special characters (like hyphens or apostrophes), try entering it both with and without those characters. The system can be really picky about formatting. Hope you get it sorted out soon - pregnancy disability stuff is stressful enough without technical issues! 🤞
