Card not received yet - need help contacting customer service

Hey everyone, I'm having trouble with my card. I haven't received it yet and I'm not sure what to do. Has anyone else experienced this? Any advice on how to get in touch with someone who can help?

Ugh, I feel your pain. I went through the same thing last month. It's so frustrating when you're waiting on something important like that. Have you tried calling their customer service line?

Yeah, I've been trying to call but I can never get through to a real person. It's driving me crazy!

Pro tip: call first thing in the morning when they open. That's how I finally got through after days of trying.

Good idea! I'll have to remember that one for next time. 👍

I found a method to get someone on the phone. I used this site's (claimyr.com) calling tool that dials the phone menu, stays on hold, waits for a live agent to pick up, then sends the call to my phone. It does cost $20, but it works. Here's a video about it: https://youtu.be/NXjJFZObk3g

Sounds too good to be true. Has anyone else tried this?

I'm skeptical. Why should we have to pay to talk to customer service? 🤔

I get the skepticism, but it honestly saved me hours of frustration. Worth every penny imho.

Can you give more details about how it works? Do they guarantee you'll get through?

Sure! You choose the department you need, pay, and they start calling. When an agent picks up, your phone rings. No guarantee, but it worked for me.

Have you checked your mail carefully? Sometimes the card comes in a plain envelope and it's easy to miss. I almost threw mine away thinking it was junk mail lol

This happened to me too. Turns out they had my old address on file 🤦‍♂️ Double-check they have your correct info!

Oh man, I didn't even think of that. I'll definitely check. Thanks for the tip!

Here's what you need to do: 1. Check your online account (if you have one) to see if the card has been issued 2. Verify your mailing address is correct 3. If it's been more than 10 business days since it was supposed to arrive, call customer service 4. Be prepared with your account number and any relevant info 5. If you can't get through on the phone, try reaching out via social media or email 6. As a last resort, you might need to go to a local office in person Hope this helps! Let us know how it goes.
