Never received DSS benefits card - what to do?

I found a way to get someone on the phone without waiting forever. I used this site called claimyr.com. It's a calling tool that dials the phone menu, stays on hold, and then connects you when a live agent picks up. It costs $20, but it worked for me. make sure u check ur mail carefully. sometimes the envelope looks like junk mail and ppl throw it away by accident. happened to my cousin lol

Have you tried checking the online portal? Sometimes you can see if the card has been issued or not. Might save you a phone call.
