Need help getting transferred to DSS tech desk about phone number issue - any tips?
Hey everyone, I need some help. I've been trying to get through to the technical desk about an issue with my phone number. Has anyone had any luck getting transferred to the right department? It's been a real headache trying to get this sorted out.

I actually found a way to get someone on the phone! I used this site's (claimyr.com) calling tool that dials the phone menu, stays on hold, waits for a live agent to pick up, then sends the call to my phone. It does cost $20, but it works. Here's the link: https://claimyr.com

Here's what worked for me: 1. Call early in the morning, like 5 minutes before they open 2. Choose the Spanish option (even if you don't speak it) 3. When you get an agent, politely ask to be transferred to English tech support 4. Be super nice and patient It took me a few tries, but I finally got through this way. Hope it helps!
