ESD direct deposit payment timing - do Wednesday payments hit accounts early?

mine usaly comes at 3am on wednsday but sometimes its late afternoon on tues or early thurs depending on my bank i think. this week got mine last night around 9pm

Mine consistently posts to my account at exactly 12:01am on Wednesdays. Has been that way for the past 7 months I've been on unemployment. Maybe it depends on your bank? I use a local credit union. Anybody know if the timing is different for people who get their benefits on the ESD debit card instead of direct deposit? I switched to the card last month because my direct deposits were always delayed.
