ESD payment shows 'paid' since 2/17 but still nothing in my bank account after holiday

Since Monday was a federal holiday, today is technically only the first business day. I'd give it until tomorrow before panicking. According to their website: - ESD generally processes payments within 48 hours after you submit your weekly claim - The payment shows as "paid" once ESD approves it - ACH transfers to banks typically take 1-3 business days AFTER the "paid" status shows - Federal holidays add an extra day to processing So if it showed paid on 2/17 (Thursday), then Friday+Monday holiday+Tuesday = you're still within their normal timeframe.
