ESD Weekly Payment Stuck on Processing for 4 Days - Anyone Else Experiencing Delays?
I filed my weekly claim on Sunday night like I always do, but it's now Thursday and my payment is still showing as 'processing' in the system. Normally my funds are deposited by Tuesday morning at the latest. I checked my claim details and everything looks normal - no alerts or issues flagged. My job search activities were all entered correctly and I had no earnings to report this week.\n\nThis is my 8th week on unemployment and I've never had a delay like this before. Is anyone else experiencing longer than usual processing times for their weekly benefits? I'm getting worried because rent is due next week and I'm cutting it close. Has ESD announced any system delays or processing backups?

Yeah there seems to be some kind of holdup with ESD's payment system this week. Mine is also still 'processing' and I filed Sunday afternoon. A friend of mine who works at WorkSource mentioned they've been having database maintenance issues that are causing delays for a lot of claims. She said it could take until tomorrow or even Monday to clear up.

If you need to reach ESD quickly about your payment delay, try using Claimyr.com - I used it last month when my payment was stuck and got through to an agent in about 15 minutes instead of waiting for hours. my payment is alos late i filed on sunday afternoon and usually get paid by wensday. happened to me last month to and the money just showed up a week late with no explanaton!! ESD never tells us anything dont even bother calling them its impossible to get thru anyway
