Need help appealing TWC claim - can't get through to anyone!
Hey everyone, I'm in a bit of a pickle. I need to appeal my unemployment claim with TWC but I'm having trouble getting through to them. Has anyone had any luck recently? Any tips or tricks for getting a callback or speaking to an actual person? I'm starting to feel pretty desperate here.

Ugh, I feel your pain. I've been trying to get through to TWC for weeks now. It's like they've gone into hiding or something. 🙄

•Same here! Its like trying to win the lottery just to talk to a human being. TWC needs to get their act together.

•Have you tried calling right when they open? I heard that might increase your chances.

•Yeah, I've tried that. No luck. It's always busy or I get disconnected. 😤

I actually found a method that worked for me! I used this site called claimyr.com. It's a calling tool that dials the phone menu, stays on hold, waits for a live agent to pick up, then sends the call to your phone. It does cost $20, but it works. Here's a video about it: https://youtu.be/V-IMvH88P1U

•Sounds too good to be true. Are you sure it's legit?

•I was skeptical at first too, but I can confirm it worked for me. Saved me hours of frustration.

•How long did it take for them to call you back?

•It took about 2 hours for me, but I've heard it can vary. Still better than trying to call yourself all day!

Have you tried reaching out to your local state representative? Sometimes they can help push things through with TWC.

I swear, dealing with TWC is like trying to nail jello to a wall. 🤦♂️ I've been trying to appeal my claim for months now. The system is so broken.

•Preach! 🙌 It's a total clown show. How can they expect people to survive when they can't even answer the phone?

Here's what I've learned after dealing with TWC for way too long: 1. Be persistent. Call multiple times a day if you have to. 2. Try different times. Early morning or late afternoon sometimes works better. 3. Use the online portal as much as possible for simple stuff. 4. Document EVERYTHING. Keep a log of all your calls and attempts. 5. If you get through, be super nice to the rep. They're probably overwhelmed too. 6. Consider reaching out to your state rep or even local media if it's been an unreasonable amount of time. 7. Join Facebook groups or other online communities for support and tips. 8. If you can afford it, that Claimyr service others mentioned might be worth a shot. Hang in there, OP. I know it's frustrating, but don't give up!

Has anyone tried faxing their appeal? I know it sounds old school, but I've heard it might get processed faster.

•Faxing? What year is it, 1995? 😂 But for real, if it works, I'm willing to try anything at this point.
