New York Unemployment Login Issues - System Says Wrong Username but Nothing Changed
Been locked out of my unemployment account for almost a year now. Every time I try to log in with my social security number, the system keeps telling me I'm using a different username - but I've never changed it. I've tried calling multiple times but can't get through to anyone. Getting desperate for help since I need to access my account.

omg same thing happened to me! took me forever to figure it out. turns out the system glitched during one of their updates and switched a bunch of usernames around. had to keep calling till someone fixed it manually 🤦♀️
