Was a bit nervous or untrusting at first, but my calls went thru. First time the wait was a bit long but their customer chat line on their page was helpful and put me at ease that I would receive my call. Contact NY unemployment fraud department asap! Here's what you need to do: 1. Document all the calls (times, dates) 2. Get the names of people calling if possible 3. Call the fraud hotline 4. File a report on the unemployment website 5. Consider filing a police report Dont wait on this, identity theft with unemployment is serious business. Also reach out to claimyr.com if the calls mention being forwarded - they can help track down whos using your number.
