Really made a difference, save me time and energy from going to a local office for making the call.

Was a bit nervous or untrusting at first, but my calls went thru. First time the wait was a bit long but their customer chat line on their page was helpful and put me at ease that I would receive my call. Today my call dropped because of EDD and Claimyr heard my concern on the same chat and another call was made within the hour.

Used this service a couple times now. Before I'd call 200 times in less than a weak frustrated as can be. Listen up everyone - heres what actually works. I used to work for the unemployment office. The phone system is overwhelmed but there ARE ways to get through: 1. Best times to call are Tuesday-Thursday (avoid Mondays!) 2. Try between 10:30-11:30am or 2:30-3:30pm when lunch shifts change 3. Have all your info ready when you call 4. If you need immediate help, use claimyr.com - yes it costs money but it works 5. Keep detailed records of all your call attempts Dont give up, eventually youll get through!

careful with gig work tho, it can mess with ur unemployment eligibility
bruh the system is actually garbage rn. been waiting since june and still nothing. cant even get through on the phone 🤮

Important info for your situation: You need to have earned 10x your benefit rate in covered employment since filing your last claim AND worked in at least two calendar quarters. Sounds like you should be good since you worked July-December. Just use up those 5 days and then you can file fresh when your benefit year ends.
