New York Unemployment payment stuck on pending since November - no response from department

Listen up yall 💯 Here's what you gotta do: First, make sure ALL your docs are uploaded properly in the system. Double check everything. Sometimes they dont tell you whats missing. Second, try calling right when they open at 8am. Better chance of getting through. Third, if you cant get through, use claimyr.com - worth the $20 to actually talk to someone. Fourth, document EVERYTHING. Every call, every letter, every email. Fifth, contact your state representative. Sometimes they can help push things through. Dont give up! The system is broken but you gotta keep pushing 💪
