Received first NY unemployment payment on Saturday, but still waiting for additional $504 payments released on 7/28 - should I call Way2Go?

Just got approved last week and received my first unemployment payment on Saturday. I certified on Sunday like normal but haven't gotten anything this week yet. The payment history shows my first payment but nothing new. I was expecting the $504 payments to hit my account by now too. The website says "If three days have passed since a payment was released and the funds are not in your account, you should contact the Way2Go Program Customer Service line at (844) 649-9845 if you have a debit card. If you have direct deposit, contact your bank. If there is a holiday in a given week, payments may be delayed by one day that week." Anyone else experiencing delays or know what's going on? Should I wait another day before calling the customer service number?
