NYDOL system won't accept SSN, no email responses, no mail - completely locked out. Help!

I found a method that actually works to get someone on the phone. I used this site's (claimyr.com) calling tool that dials the phone menu, stays on hold, waits for a live agent to pick up, then sends the call to my phone. It does cost $20, but it works. Have you tried reaching out to your local state representative? Sometimes they can help push things through when the regular channels aren't working.

OP, are you sure your claim is still active? Sometimes they deactivate claims if there's no activity for a while. Might explain why you're not getting any mail.

I hate to say it, but sometimes you just gotta keep calling. I literally called 127 times in one day before I got through. It's ridiculous, but persistence pays off.

Have you checked your spam folder for emails? Sometimes their responses end up there.
