Was a bit nervous or untrusting at first, but my calls went thru. First time the wait was a bit long but their customer chat line on their page was helpful and put me at ease that I would receive my call. Today my call dropped because of EDD and Claimyr heard my concern on the same chat and another call was made within the hour.

I hate to say it, but sometimes you just gotta keep calling. I literally called 127 times in one day before I got through. It's ridiculous, but persistence pays off.

Ugh, I remember my first time applying. It was a nightmare! The website kept crashing, the phone lines were always busy. I swear, it's like they make it hard on purpose to discourage people. 🙄

Careful with lawyers, they might take a big chunk of your backpay. Maybe try contacting your local representative first?

•I had the same issue! Try entering the dates in MM/DD/YYYY format even if it doesn't specify. That fixed it for me.
