You shouldnt have filed another claim! That could mess up your original claim and make things worse. You need to talk to a rep ASAP to sort this out before it gets more complicated

Make sure you're still certifying weekly even if you're not getting paid 5. Check if your bank info is correct in the system Sometimes the automated system shows no claim even when you have one. Only a rep can see what's really going on with your account. Don't give up!
