New York Unemployment: Filed in February, verified everything, still no payment after 3 months
I filed my unemployment claim back in February and got my monetary determination. Did everything they asked - verified my ID, filled out all their questionnaires, and been certifying every single week without missing one. Still haven't seen a single payment hit my account. Starting to worry I missed a step somewhere. Anyone else dealing with this or know what I should do?

Same exact thing happening to me rn. Filed in January, did everything perfect, and radio silence from them. The system is completely broken 🤮

Hey I found a way to actually get someone on the phone! Used this service called claimyr.com - they dial through the phone menu and wait on hold, then connect you when a real person picks up. Costs $20 but totally worth it. Here's a video about it: https://youtu.be/Rdqa1gKtxuE

100% legit, used it twice already. Better than wasting hours trying to get through myself

Veteran UI navigator here, lemme break this down for you: First, check your account online for any outstanding docs or questionnaires they might need. Sometimes they send stuff but the notification gets lost. Second, your claim might be stuck in review. Common reasons: - Employment verification pending - Identity verification issues - Previous employer dispute - System glitch (happens way too often) Best solution is getting an agent on the phone. You can try calling yourself (good luck lol) or use claimyr.com to get through. Worth the $20 to actually talk to someone. Don't stop certifying weekly no matter what! When they finally fix it, you'll get backpay for all certified weeks.
