New York Unemployment Direct Deposit Change - Mother's Maiden Name Error Lock Out
I need to update my direct deposit info but the system keeps rejecting my mother's maiden name answer. This happened before in 2020 too when I was on unemployment. Anyone else run into this? How do I get this fixed?

Write down EVERYTHING you enter in the system. The maiden name has to match exactly what you put when you first filed - caps, spaces, everything. They're super picky about it

PROTIP: Try different spellings of your mother's maiden name. Sometimes the system has it stored weird. Like if its O'Brien try OBRIEN or O BRIEN
