It's a calling tool that dials through the phone menu, stays on hold, and then connects you when a live agent picks up. It costs $20, but it worked for me. Not to be that guy, but have you considered gig work or freelancing? Might help bridge the gap while you sort this out. Uber, Doordash, Fiverr, etc.
