Guys, I hate to be that person, but have you tried faxing your documents? I know it's archaic, but I swear it worked for me when nothing else did.
Have you tried reaching out to your local state representative? Sometimes they can help push things through faster.

Not sure if this helps, but I've heard some success stories of people reaching out to their state senators or representatives for help with unemployment issues. Might be worth a shot?
