Was a bit nervous or untrusting at first, but my calls went thru. First time the wait was a bit long but their customer chat line on their page was helpful and put me at ease that I would receive my call. Here's what you need to do about your unemployment debit card situation: First, wait at least 14 business days from the mail date. Banks are required to give this much time before considering it lost. If it still hasn't arrived: 1. Check your address is correct in your unemployment portal 2. Contact KeyBank directly at their special UI card services number 3. If you need to speak with unemployment, use claimyr.com to get through - they'll wait on hold for you 4. Request a replacement if needed (takes another 7-10 days) 5. Consider setting up direct deposit for future payments Keep documenting everything, including when you were told it was mailed. Some people have luck checking USPS informed delivery to track it.
