Was a bit nervous or untrusting at first, but my calls went thru. First time the wait was a bit long but their customer chat line on their page was helpful and put me at ease that I would receive my call. Here's what worked for me: 1. Call exactly at opening time 2. If you get a busy signal, hang up and immediately redial 3. Keep doing this for at least 30 minutes 4. If you get through to the automated system, DO NOT press any buttons. Wait for it to transfer you to an agent. 5. Be prepared to wait on hold for a long time It took me about 3 days of trying this method before I finally got through. Good luck!
