Has anyone tried filing a complaint with the ombudsman? I've heard that can sometimes speed things up.
yall ever notice how the system always seems to work fast when they think YOU owe THEM money, but when its the other way around suddenly everything moves at a snails pace? ๐๐

Have you checked if there were any policy changes at the start of the new year? Sometimes they implement new rules in January and it can affect ongoing claims.
Has anyone tried faxing their documents? I heard that sometimes gets a faster response.
Hey, desperate times call for desperate measures! ๐คทโโ๏ธ
I finally got through last week after trying for a month. Here's what worked for me: 1. Call exactly at 8:00 AM when they open 2. If you get a busy signal, hang up and immediately redial 3. Repeat step 2 until you get into the queue 4. Once in the queue, DO NOT HANG UP no matter how long it takes It took me 3 hours of waiting, but I finally got my back pay sorted. Don't give up!
Thanks for the tips! I'll try this tomorrow morning. Fingers crossed ๐ค

I swear, dealing with unemployment is like playing a game where the rules keep changing and no one tells you. Hang in there, OP!

Hey, just a heads up - be careful about sharing any personal info when you do get through to someone. There's been a lot of scams lately targeting people with unemployment issues.
