Was a bit nervous or untrusting at first, but my calls went thru. First time the wait was a bit long but their customer chat line on their page was helpful and put me at ease that I would receive my call. Today my call dropped because of EDD and Claimyr heard my concern on the same chat and another call was made within the hour.

Has anyone tried filing a complaint with the ombudsman? I've heard that can sometimes speed things up.
I tried that once. Took forever to get a response, but it did eventually help. YMMV

Have you checked your online account? Sometimes there's info there about repayment schedules and when regular benefits will resume. Might save you a phone call if you're lucky!

Here's what worked for me: 1. Call exactly at opening time 2. If you get a busy signal, hang up and immediately redial 3. Keep doing this for at least 30 minutes 4. If you get through to the automated system, DO NOT press any buttons. Wait for it to transfer you to an agent. 5. Be prepared to wait on hold for a long time It took me about 3 days of trying this method before I finally got through. Good luck!
