NYDOL Document Processing Time? Submitted Last Week, No Updates
Hey everyone, I'm trying to check if the NYDOL can see and access the documents I submitted last week. Has anyone had experience with this? How long does it usually take for them to process uploaded documents? I'm getting anxious waiting for a response.

In my experience, it can take anywhere from a few days to a couple of weeks for NYDOL to process documents. Have you tried logging into your account to see if there's any update on the status?

•Yeah, I've been checking my account daily but no updates so far. It's been about 5 days now. I guess I'll just have to be patient 😩

I found a way to actually get someone on the phone at NYDOL. I used this site's (claimyr.com) calling tool that dials the phone menu, stays on hold, waits for a live agent to pick up, then sends the call to my phone. It does cost $20, but it works. Here's a video about it: https://youtu.be/Rdqa1gKtxuE

•Sounds too good to be true. Has anyone else tried this?

•I know it sounds sketchy, but I swear it worked for me. Saved me hours of frustration. Sometimes you gotta pay to play 🤷♂️

Pro tip: If you haven't already, make sure you've enabled email notifications in your NYDOL account settings. Sometimes they send updates that way and it's easy to miss if you're not checking.

Ugh, dealing with NYDOL is like pulling teeth. I swear they intentionally make everything as difficult as possible. Good luck OP, you're gonna need it 🍀

•For real tho. It's like they're stuck in the stone age or smthn. How hard is it to build a decent website in 2023? 🙄

Here's what I've learned from my experience with NYDOL document submission: 1. Always keep copies of everything you submit. 2. Use the online portal whenever possible - it's generally faster than mail. 3. If you don't hear back within 2 weeks, try calling them. 4. Be persistent but polite when following up. 5. Check your spam folder regularly for emails from NYDOL. 6. If possible, submit documents early in the week. Processing often slows down near weekends. 7. Make sure all your documents are clearly legible before submitting. Hope this helps! Hang in there, the process can be frustrating but it usually works out in the end.

Have you tried reaching out to your local state representative? Sometimes they can help expedite things with NYDOL.

Plot twist: NYDOL actually received your documents instantly but they're playing a cruel game of 'how long until they crack and call us' 🕵️♂️
