Was a bit nervous or untrusting at first, but my calls went thru. First time the wait was a bit long but their customer chat line on their page was helpful and put me at ease that I would receive my call. Have you tried calling your state representative? They sometimes have direct lines to unemployment office and can escalate your case. Worked for me when I was in a similar situation.

Make sure your husband continues to certify for benefits every week while waiting! You can claim all those weeks once approved but only if you've been certifying!

Do NOT give up. I was in the exact same boat, waited 5 weeks with no communication at all. Finally got through using claimyr.com (saves you from the hold time hell) and it turned out there was a simple flag on my account they fixed in 3 minutes. Got all my backpay two days later. The system is broken but keep fighting!

Have you checked if there were any policy changes at the start of the new year? Sometimes they implement new rules in January and it can affect ongoing claims.

idk if this helps, but some cell phone repair shops can do screen replacements pretty quick and cheap. might be worth looking into if you need your phone for other stuff too

Best thing to do is just bite the bullet and be up at the office at 8am waiting..and waiting....dreadful stuff but. Its worth not forfeiting your Money
