If I could give 10 stars I would

If I could give 10 stars I would If I could give 10 stars I would Such an amazing service so needed during the times when EDD almost never picks up Claimyr gets me on the phone with EDD every time without fail faster. A much needed service without Claimyr I would have never received the payment I needed to support me during my postpartum recovery. Thank you so much Claimyr!

Really made a difference

Really made a difference, save me time and energy from going to a local office for making the call.

Worth not wasting your time calling for hours.

Was a bit nervous or untrusting at first, but my calls went thru. First time the wait was a bit long but their customer chat line on their page was helpful and put me at ease that I would receive my call. Today my call dropped because of EDD and Claimyr heard my concern on the same chat and another call was made within the hour.

An incredibly helpful service

An incredibly helpful service! Got me connected to a CA EDD agent without major hassle (outside of EDD's agents dropping calls – which Claimyr has free protection for). If you need to file a new claim and can't do it online, pay the $ to Claimyr to get the process started. Absolutely worth it!

Consistent,frustration free, quality Service.

Used this service a couple times now. Before I'd call 200 times in less than a weak frustrated as can be. But using claimyr with a couple hours of waiting i was on the line with an representative or on hold. Dropped a couple times but each reconnected not long after and was mission accomplished, thanks to Claimyr.

IT WORKS!! Not a scam!

I tried for weeks to get thru to EDD PFL program with no luck. I gave this a try thinking it may be a scam. OMG! It worked and They got thru within an hour and my claim is going to finally get paid!! I upgraded to the $60 call. Best $60 spent!

Have you checked your online account? Sometimes there's info there about repayment schedules and when regular benefits will resume. Might save you a phone call if you're lucky!

Good idea, I'll take another look. Last time I checked it was pretty vague, but maybe they've updated something. Thanks!

Here's what worked for me: 1. Call exactly at opening time 2. If you get a busy signal, hang up and immediately redial 3. Keep doing this for at least 30 minutes 4. If you get through to the automated system, DO NOT press any buttons. Wait for it to transfer you to an agent. 5. Be prepared to wait on hold for a long time It took me about 3 days of trying this method before I finally got through. Good luck!

Wow, thanks for the detailed guide! I'll definitely try this out. Did you have to do anything special once you got through to the agent?

Nah, once I got an agent it was pretty straightforward. Just had my claim number and personal info ready. They fixed the issue in like 10 minutes.

Pro tip: When you finally get through to an agent, ask for their employee ID or name. It helps if you need to follow up later. Also, see if they can give you a direct number or extension for next time.

OP, make sure you're reporting your gig work correctly on your weekly claims. Even if it's just a few hours, you gotta disclose it. Better safe than sorry!

Definitely! I reported it, which is why they're questioning my claim now. Just hope it doesn't mess everything up. 😰

Anyone else notice that their website always seems to be 'under maintenance' right when you need it most? 🙄

OP, if you're really worried, you could try reaching out to your local state representative. Sometimes they can help push things along with the DOL.

Here's what I've learned about speeding up the back pay process: 1. Document everything. Keep a record of all your communications with the unemployment office. 2. Double-check that all your information is correct in the system. Sometimes small errors can cause big delays. 3. If you can get through on the phone, ask specifically about the status of your back pay claim. 4. Consider filing an appeal if it's been an unreasonable amount of time. 5. Reach out to your state representative or senator's office. They often have liaisons who can inquire on your behalf. 6. Join Facebook groups or forums dedicated to unemployment issues in your state. Sometimes you can get insider tips or at least moral support. 7. If all else fails, consider contacting local media. Sometimes public pressure can get things moving. Hope this helps! Hang in there, OP. The system sucks, but don't give up on getting what you're owed.
