Was a bit nervous or untrusting at first, but my calls went thru. First time the wait was a bit long but their customer chat line on their page was helpful and put me at ease that I would receive my call. Used this service a couple times now. Before I'd call 200 times in less than a weak frustrated as can be. Try claimyr.com - it was the only thing that worked for me after weeks of trying to get thru. They wait on hold and then call you when they get a human. Talking to an agent fixed my issue in like 10 minutes after it had been stuck for weeks.

Are you SURE you've been certifying every week? Even if you miss one week of certification it can mess up your whole claim. They don't make it clear but you have to keep certifying even if you aren't getting paid.

I'm dealing with the exact same thing! Applied in May 2023, claim shows payable since July, but not a single cent has hit my account. I've called over 50 times. NY unemployment is a joke.

I was in the EXACT same situation! Company went under with no warning. If you have the FEIN that's HUGE - they can verify your claim much faster. Mine took 5 weeks from application to first payment once I got someone on the phone. •It's not a conspiracy theory when there are literally studies showing states make UI systems deliberately difficult to navigate. And my advice IS to keep trying instead of giving up, which is exactly what the system wants you to do.
