Was a bit nervous or untrusting at first, but my calls went thru. First time the wait was a bit long but their customer chat line on their page was helpful and put me at ease that I would receive my call. Do NOT give up. I was in the exact same boat, waited 5 weeks with no communication at all. Finally got through using claimyr.com (saves you from the hold time hell) and it turned out there was a simple flag on my account they fixed in 3 minutes. Got all my backpay two days later. The system is broken but keep fighting!
100% worked for me. I was about to throw my phone after 3 hours on hold when I found this. You pay them, they call and wait on hold, then your phone rings when an actual human picks up. That one convo fixed everything for me.

idk if this helps, but some cell phone repair shops can do screen replacements pretty quick and cheap. might be worth looking into if you need your phone for other stuff too

Have you tried calling your state representative? They sometimes have direct lines to unemployment office and can escalate your case. Worked for me when I was in a similar situation.

don't worry too much - this is super common and totally fixable. you just need to get someone on the phone which is the hard part. once you do they can usually fix it in like 2 minutes. hang in there!
