NY unemployment website keeps saying 'session expired' every time I try to login

Yep, happens to me ALL the time. Try using incognito mode on chrome - that sometimes works. Also dont stay on any page too long or it'll kick you out again. The ny unemployment website is literally the worst thing ever designed 🤮

Call the tech support line. I had the same issue and it turns out there was a flag on my account for suspected fraud (which wasn't true). They had to manually reset something on their end.

Have you tried a completely different device? My laptop wouldn't work but my phone did. Also check if ur password has expired - sometimes they force u to create a new one every few months and the error message is misleading.

I bet it's because of the new security update they rolled out last month. Lots of accounts got flagged when they updated the system. You need to call and have them reset your account access. Good luck getting through tho - took me 3 days of calling.

Check ur email! Sometimes they send you a verification link that you have to click before logging in again. They never tell you this is required tho, they just keep saying 'session expired' smh

are u using a shared or public computer? they block those sometimes for security. also check if ur browser is blocking cookies - the site needs those to work

Also make sure you're typing your username/password manually instead of using autofill - their system seems to hate saved passwords.
