NY unemployment website keeps saying 'session expired' every time I try to login

I've been trying to access my ny unemployment account for 3 days straight now. Every single time I enter my username and password, I get this annoying message saying 'your session has expired'. I've tried clearing my browser cache, using different browsers (Chrome, Firefox, even Edge), and even tried on my phone. Same problem everywhere! I need to check on my payments and submit my weekly certification before the deadline. Anyone else experiencing this or know how to fix it? This is so frustrating!

Yep, happens to me ALL the time. Try using incognito mode on chrome - that sometimes works. Also dont stay on any page too long or it'll kick you out again. The ny unemployment website is literally the worst thing ever designed 🤮

Make sure you're not using a VPN! Their system auto-blocks most VPN connections for security reasons. Also check if any browser extensions are interfering - try disabling all of them.

Have you tried a completely different device? My laptop wouldn't work but my phone did. Also check if ur password has expired - sometimes they force u to create a new one every few months and the error message is misleading.

I bet it's because of the new security update they rolled out last month. Lots of accounts got flagged when they updated the system. You need to call and have them reset your account access. Good luck getting through tho - took me 3 days of calling.

Check ur email! Sometimes they send you a verification link that you have to click before logging in again. They never tell you this is required tho, they just keep saying 'session expired' smh
